Does it work if we already have a podcast?
Yes, in video or audio only. We connect your episodes to Tuinbit and, from there, each one turns into content for all your channels. That includes episodes you've already published.
How is this different from using an AI tool on my own?
A tool generates text and you're on the hook for whatever it publishes. We produce the videopodcast, our platform only works with your project's material, every quote is checked, and Tuinbit does a first review before anything reaches you.
Does our project feed any AI?
No. We only use your project's videopodcast and documents to produce your pieces, and the models we use aren't trained on your material. We explain it in detail on the platform page.
What happens with our unpublished results?
We don't need them: the videopodcast covers what your team decides to talk about, and nothing goes out without your approval. If any document you give us includes unpublished material, it's only used to prepare your project, and no model is trained on it.
Where and how is the videopodcast recorded?
We plan the format with each project. We can record in our studio, remotely, or over video call, with one or more people from the project, and we provide someone to host the episode if needed.
Can the AI make up data?
Our platform works in a closed context: it only knows what was said in your project's videopodcast and the documents you give us. It also checks every quoted sentence against the transcript before it goes out.
How much time does it take from us?
Your research team's involvement is limited to the month's episode and approving the pieces. Tuinbit handles the script, the recording, the editing, the design and the publishing.
What if we're not happy with a piece?
Comment or request changes from your panel and it gets reworked. Nothing is published without your research team's approval.
Does it work for my discipline?

Can you come on board before the project starts?
Yes. The earlier we start, the sooner the project's communication is in place, and the less work there is to redo later.
Is the project website included?
Yes. The project website is part of the service: we build it and maintain it with the article for every episode and the materials you publish along the way.
Where does everything get published?
On the project website, YouTube, the newsletter, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok and the podcast feed. Each piece goes to the channel it was built for.
Who owns what gets published?
The project does. We provide the language and the production; what's told, and the material behind it, is yours.
