This translation is provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.
This website does not install cookies. Not our own, not third-party: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no embedded social-media content. It doesn't load anything from outside servers either: fonts, images and videos are all served from this same domain.
The only thing it stores in your browser is a handful of technical bits so the site remembers how you're using it. We detail them here.
What we store in your browser
These aren't cookies — they're the browser's own storage. The difference matters: this data never travels to any server on each visit. It stays on your device, and only this website reads it.

Why we don't ask for your consent
The regulation (article 22.2 of Spain's LSSI, and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's guidance) requires consent for cookies and similar technologies that aren't strictly necessary. The three above are: they store a preference you choose yourself, or avoid showing you something you've already seen. They don't identify anyone, aren't shared with anyone, and aren't used to analyse your browsing. That's why we tell you about them, but don't make you accept anything.
If we ever add analytics or another tool that does require it, we'll ask your permission before turning it on, with the option to decline it just as easily as to accept it, and we'll update this page.
External services
Loading this website doesn't connect your browser to any third party. There are three nuances worth knowing:
- Hosting. The site is served from Google's Firebase Hosting. Like any server, it logs each request's IP address for technical and security reasons.
- Contact form. Only when you submit it, the data you enter travels to our own system, hosted on Google Cloud within the European Union. We explain this in the privacy policy.
- The app. The "Log in" button leads to app.tuinbit.com, a separate service for clients, with its own sign-in and its own terms.
How to clear this data
From your browser's settings, under privacy, you can clear the "site data" or "browsing data" for tuinbit.com. Doing so makes the site forget your preferences and return to its default state; everything else keeps working the same. Session data disappears on its own when you close the tab.
Your rights
You have the right to know why your personal data is needed, what will happen to it, and how long it will be kept, as well as to access it, correct it, delete it, object to its processing, limit it, and request its portability. To exercise these rights, write to us at the contact details below.
